How does support work?

  • Customer Support: The MoonPay Customer Support team is available 24/7. The first port of call for all support queries is our Help Centre. To raise a query relating to MoonPay, your customers can submit a support ticket using this contact form. 
  • Partner Support: Anytime your team needs to escalate a customer query to us, just drop us a note at and we’ll aim to reply to you in under 24 hours. There’s also a “Contact Support” link in your MoonPay dashboard where you will find this email. Please include the MoonPay transaction ID and/or customer registered email address, as well as a detailed description of the issue. Do not share outside your organisation.
