It’s been more than 10 business days and I still didn’t get the money back. What can I do?

We reverse charges on our customers’ cards the moment their transactions fail or time out, so rest assured that no money has been taken from your account. Only the pre-authorizations were placed and canceled as soon as the transactions failed. 

Typically, refunds are processed within 10 business days, however, your bank may take longer than this to erase the charge from your bank statement. Please contact them if you wish to expedite the process, as unfortunately, we can’t speed this up.
