I can’t access my wallet. What can I do?

Please make sure you’re logging in with the email address your account is registered with. If you have lost access to your email you will need to contact your email provider, as we currently do not have any other way to access your account.

 

MoonPay’s Account wallet is non-custodial, so we do not store your assets. Only you will have access to the private keys to your wallet.

 

Unfortunately, if you lose your private keys there is no way to recover your wallet or the funds in it.

 

We can only help with MoonPay Account Wallets. We’re not able to help if you have lost access to a non-MoonPay wallet. Please get in touch with your wallet provider to see if they can provide assistance.
