I want to send my Cryptocurrency to another wallet, how do I do this?

The MoonPay Account wallet does have an address that you can use to receive and send Bitcoin and ERC-20 tokens.

You can also transfer out your crypto from your Moonpay wallet through the app very easily! Just make sure that you have enough balance to cover the transaction amount and pay for the transaction fees as well. (ETH is needed to transfer any ERC-20 tokens from your MoonPay wallet)

Please follow these steps:

1 - Please access your Moonpay Wallet, locate your Moonpay wallet, click on the 3 dots next to the wallet, and select "Send".

  1. In this step, you have to select how much crypto you want to transfer to another wallet. If you wish to transfer all the funds, use the "Max" button at the top of the page.

    3. Please don't forget to select the transaction network fee as "Standard, Fast or Urgent" as the fees cannot be too small or it will cause your transaction to be delayed in the blockchain

  1. Select the destination wallet address and the address where you want this crypto to go.

    5. Once you have selected the destination wallet address and the transaction amount, please double-check all the details on that step, if everything is correct, just click "Confirm and Send" and your order will be confirmed and transferred to the selected wallet

  1. Your crypto has been sent to the destination wallet address, and you can check directly on the blockchain by clicking on "View on Etherscan". There you will be able to check your wallet transaction history and the transaction Hash for this transfer.

There will be network fees associated with sending your crypto, so please check you’ve got enough to cover those!

Do make sure you’re sending your cryptocurrency to the right type of wallet, ETH and ERC-20 tokens can only be sent to an Ethereum wallet, whilst BTC can only be sent to a Bitcoin wallet.
